HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance to secure your desired date, especially for large events or during peak season. However, we can also accommodate events with short notice.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF EACH EVENT SPACE?
We have two event venues, each with a different maximum capacity. Casino Español with a maximum capacity of 450 people, Asturiano Polanco with a maximum capacity of 850 people.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require a small deposit to secure your event date. We then have a payment schedule with agreed-upon dates. For more information about payments and cancellations, please consult with our team.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept various payment methods for your convenience. These include bank transfers, credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and cash payments. For our restaurants, we accept all these payment methods except bank transfers. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please consult with our team.
DO YOU OFFER CATERING AND ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES?
Yes, Grupo Cassatt provides food and beverage services. For other services, we work with several trusted vendors. We can recommend options or you can bring your own vendors with our prior approval.
WHAT IS THE EVENT PLANNING PROCESS?
Each event is unique and special. Our event planning process begins with an initial consultation to discuss your event details. We then work with you to create a personalized plan, including menu selection, decorations, and entertainment, to ensure your event is unforgettable.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RESTAURANT RESERVATION?
Making a reservation at our restaurants is easy and convenient. You can make it through our website or by calling the restaurant of your choice directly. For large groups or special events, we recommend contacting the restaurant directly to ensure we can accommodate all your needs.
DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN OPTIONS?
While we don't specialize in vegetarian or vegan cuisine, we do offer options to satisfy these dietary preferences. Our menus feature a selection of vegetarian dishes and, in some cases, vegan options. We recommend informing us of your requirements when making your reservation to ensure the best culinary experience possible.
